AutoTask / ConnectWise integration (MSP tools)

Requested by an MSP customer: link meetings and notes to CRM/PSA entities (Opportunities, Projects, Tasks, Tickets) and post directly into them, referencing the client name and related entity. Most Managed Service Providers run on AutoTask or ConnectWise; an integration with either would open up that market. Customer offered to share developer docs and an AutoTask/Kaseya-Datto contact.
